By using the FIXIFYX mobile app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
3. Booking Services
- Users can post jobs, receive offers, and select from verified service providers.
- You are responsible for providing clear and accurate job descriptions.
- FIXIFYX does not guarantee acceptance or performance of any job by providers.
4. Payments
- Payments are made in cash directly between the user and the service provider.
- You agree to pay the full amount agreed upon when selecting a service.
- Refunds are not guaranteed unless a violation of service standards occurs.
5. Cancellations
- Jobs can be cancelled without penalty before a provider accepts.
- Cancellations after acceptance may result in penalties, depending on provider policy.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to limited access or account suspension.
6. Ratings and Reviews
- Users are encouraged to leave honest feedback after each job.
- Reviews must not contain defamatory, false, or abusive language.
- FIXIFYX reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or misleading content.
7. Safety and Responsibility
- FIXIFYX verifies service providers but does not employ them directly.
- FIXIFYX does not provide insurance for damages, losses, or injuries during services.
- Users are advised to remain present during services and secure personal belongings.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse service providers or FIXIFYX staff
- Post fake jobs or spam the system
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
- Are the subject of multiple verified complaints
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the FIXIFYX platform are the exclusive property of FIXIFYX. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without prior written consent.
11. Modifications to Terms
FIXIFYX may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
